Cherrelle Dawes, board chair
Originally from Florida, Cherrelle Dawes is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She also received an M.S. Degree in Human Resource Management as well as a Specialization in Nonprofit Management from Nova Southeastern University. Cherrelle has over 24 years of Human Resources experience within public and private organizations. Service to others has always been at the heart of everything she is involved with including work in her church and various mentoring and tutoring programs in the community.
Amber weaver
Amber Weaver is a leader in strategic vision and innovation, currently serving as a SVP with a Fortune 250 company. She brings experience in developing strategies, building relationships, project management, fundraising, marketing and analytics. A lifelong volunteer and enthusiast for giving back to her community through mentorship, Amber began her journey with ATMN as a mentor, then served as an advisory board member before joining the Board of Directors.
Ivan lemus
Ivan Lemus is the founder and CEO of Razorblade Solutions. A healthcare focused company that delivers strategic consulting services and a comprehensive ancillary portfolio with the latest scientific advances.
As a recognized Strategic Consultant known for crafting the requisite vision to achieve business goals, Ivan offers a unique blend of executive acumen, global team building, finance optimization, manufacturing, marketing sales and branding. With a focus on strategic solution analysis to further business goals, he also shepherds cost accounting processes that bring improvement and a new prospective on the relative success of business management practices and capital expenditures.
Ivan’s professional recognitions have been recorded through his performances, but his performances are fueled by his passion to help others and to never leave anyone behind. His vision is framed around pulling healthcare back to communities that will support and build healthy foundations where all dreams can evolve.
Adan and Michelle Flores
Adan and Michelle Flores are the founders of All Things Made New. They are graduates of Dallas Baptist University. Adan with a degree in Sociology, Michelle with studies in Education and Psychology. Michelle taught elementary school in Dallas and Irving for 8 years before stepping away from education to start All Things Made New. Michelle along with the support of her husband, Adan, saw the need for support for youth transitioning into middle school in the area. Their desire is to inspire youth to continue their education, respect themselves, create lasting relationships and learn responsibility in every facet of their life. Adan currently serves as a program volunteer and board member while working full-time in Sales with Access Partners in Dallas. Michelle is the Executive Director of All Things Made New.
KIMBERLY COCOTOS
Kimberly Cocotos is a Texan through and through, with roots firmly planted in the vibrant city of Dallas. Born and raised in Texas, she pursued a business degree at Texas Tech University.
Kimberly boasts an extensive and diverse background, primarily centered around marketing and sales. For over 15 years, she has been a prominent and top-producing real estate broker in the bustling DFW market. Her keen business acumen, coupled with an innate understanding of market trends, has propelled her to consistently exceed expectations.
Beyond her career accomplishments, Kimberly is deeply involved in philanthropic endeavors. Her commitment to giving back to the community is reflected in her active engagement with various non-profits and school programs focused on children.
One of Kimberly's standout strengths lies in her ability to connect people, forging meaningful relationships within her community and professional circles. Her adept negotiation skills have not only facilitated successful deals but have also fostered collaborative partnerships that have contributed to the growth and prosperity of various ventures.
Kimberly's approach to philanthropy is intertwined with her professional expertise in marketing planning. She leverages her skills to strategize and execute initiatives that raise awareness, garner support, and drive positive change for causes close to her heart, particularly those centered around children's welfare and education.
Shanecka Hartfield, board secretary
Shanecka Logan-Hartfield has worked at a Fortune 500 company in the Retail Credit industry for over 28 years. She currently serves as an SVP in Technology. Shanecka has a passion for Servant Leadership and Volunteerism, where she has demonstrated this by the positions she has served in over the years. She has held such positions as, chairing a Family Matters Affinity network at work, serving as the President of the Parent Teacher Organization at her son’s school, serving as a mentor at work, leading community outreach and volunteer initiatives within her work group, and serving as a Board member for other local non-profits. She hopes to serve as a role model to the youth at ATMN and inspire them by her passion for them and the amazing things they are capable of.
Patty Bustamante
Patty is an educator that has served the public school system since 1998 as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and Division Director of Specialized Learning Services in Irving ISD, and currently as Executive Director of Educational Support Services for Arlington ISD. She is passionate about empowering students to have success with purpose; she leads a staff that focuses on building relational capacity and equipping teachers to be strong instructional leaders.
Leila Lucevic
Leila is an attorney representing corporate clients in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to practicing law, she spent seven years working with various domestic and international non-profit organizations, managing programs and raising funds, including those in support of youth development, international cultural exchange and human rights. She serves as a board member for other non-profit organizations and strives to contribute her legal knowledge and advice to the organizations she serves.
