Adan Flores is the co-leader for Iron Roots and the husband of All Things Made New founder, Michelle Flores. He was born and raised in Dallas, TX and has a background as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, Probation Officer, and Recreational Program Coordinator for Special Needs boys and girls. He now works in sales as an account manager. It’s incredible to see how the knowledge he has accumulated through his athletic past in football and soccer, life experiences, jobs, trainings, and connections can be used to serve in All Things Made New. His calm temperament allows for consistency and excellence to flow during the time with leaders and program participants within the programs. He has always had a heart for young boys and allowing them to live a life of respect, honor, and bravery.
Adan and Michelle met in college at Dallas Baptist University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Sociology and she received hers in Education and Psychology. Michelle was raised in Tennessee, Texas, and California. She taught elementary
school in Dallas and Irving for 8 years before stepping away from education to fulfill the huge vision the Lord gave her, All Things Made New. She saw the need for support with the teenage girls in the area. Her desire is to inspire teenage girls to
continue their education, respect themselves, create lasting relationships, and learn responsibility in every facet of their life. She has a passion for these girls and wants them all to succeed, no matter what their background may hold. Adan and Michelle have been married since 2008 and have 2 beautiful daughters, Isabelle and Brielle. They are a dream come true and complete their family. Their joy, smiles, love and laughter are contagious and they are an integral part of why All Things Made New began, to make the world a better place for them to grow up in and thrive.
